Return and exchange policy
Hi-O-Silver Jewelry has always considered the customer first and we strive to do our utmost to achieve a good relationship with all of our customers. Our goal is to have a happy and satisfied customer. We do understand that for some reason you may not be pleased with your purchase, therefore we offer a 15 day return or exchange policy. Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, and without having been sized or altered in any way. The 15 day grace period begins when your package is received. For additional information on the steps to follow when returning or exchanging an order please contact us. with your request.
Steps to follow for exchanges or returns: Indicate on the invoice, item and item number you wish to exchange. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry. Please include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is important to include your daytime phone number in the event we have to contact you. A refund or exchange can be made only if the jewelry shows no sign of damage, wear or alteration.
We need for you to indicate on the invoice which accompanied your shipment the reason for your return. When returning, the word “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN” must be written as follows

You may return any item, except clearance, sale items, or custom pieces you specifically had us make for you.
All items returned must be shipped to us via USPS PRIORITY signature required return(United States Postal Service). We suggest using delivery confirmation to track the delivery status of your package. Shipping charges on all returned shipments are for the customers account.
Once we receive your jewelry, we will process it as soon as possible. We, Hi-O-Silver Jewelry will not be responsible for loss or damages of returned shipments. Credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 days after receiving returned jewelry.
If your original purchase entitled you to free shipping and your returns or exchanges drop the total below the specified amount for free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the original order.
If you were entitled to a free gift on your original order, but your return drop the total below specified amount, we ask that the free gift be returned to us. If it is your wish to keep the gift, we will charge you the value of the gift.
Occasionally, a customer places an order, which we process and ship, and the package comes back to us marked refuse, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
